Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia
Harrell’s haunting photo of the former lobby of the Michigan Theatre was selected in a global competition for the My Detroit Postcard exhibit at the US Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2016. The exhibit also travelled to MOCAD in Detroit and the A+D Architecture and Design Museum in Los Angeles.
